Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Peru Mr. Gonzalo Diaz de Ravago highlights Potential Products and Investment Opportunities of Sri Lanka at the “Asia Summit 2025” Lima, Peru

Following the invitation extended by the Foreign Trade Department of the Lima Chamber of Commerce in Peru to the Sri Lanka Embassy in Brazil which is concurrently accredited to Peru, the Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Peru, Mr. Gonzalo Diaz de Ravago D´Onofrio, presented Sri Lanka in the “Asia Summit 2025” held on 17th November 2025, under the guidance by the Sri Lanka Ambassador, Her Excellency C.A. Chaminda I. Colonne to Brazil.

During the event Honorary Consul Mr. Gonzalo Diaz delivered a 20-minute presentation highlighting export potential products & service to the Peruvian market from Sri Lanka. These included Apparel, Rubber based products, Industrial products, and IT/BPM services etc. He also shared the insight on investment opportunities in Sri Lanka, with especial emphasis on Port City Colombo as an emerging hub for foreign investment.

In addition, he invited the Peruvian business community to take part in the Sri Lanka Expo 2026, scheduled to be held from 18-21 June 2026.

The Summit recorded an attendance over 100 business professionals.
